Shipping charges are estimated during checkout for orders that are less then 150lbs. Single items over 150 lbs cannot be shipped via UPS and must be shipped freight. In this case you will be notified of shipping charges and your order will not ship until these charges are confirmed.
Most orders are shipped from Utica, NY by UPS Ground within 1-2 days. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday it will normally be shipped the next business day.
Returns are not accepted more than 30 days after shipment. No returns will be accepted for any reason without written approval. To request a return authorization please E-Mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your original order number. No refunds will be given on shipping charges. Any product returned must be shipped back prepaid at the customer’s expense. All returns are subject to a restocking charge of 25%. Food products and food packaging materials cannot be returned. Any item that has been used, assembled or is not in the original carton cannot be returned.
